COMMON QUERIES

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can you design my graphics?

Yes, we have a highly experienced in house design team who can discuss your requirements with you and help to bring your ideas to life.

Do you come out to measure up my shop sign?

We offer a free measure and quotation service and we’re happy to advise on different styles of signage and which may work best for you. We can work to a set budget or tailor a bespoke package to suit your needs.

How long does it take to produce my sign?

All signs are different with varying degrees of complexity and each with their own timescales. We can discuss this with you and give you a guide to this when you enquire. We always try to accommodate urgent work so please get in touch if this is a concern.

Do I need to clean my vehicle before signwriting?

We advise that all customers have a clean vehicle on arrival so we can get the best possible finish when applying your graphics. We will clean the van with our surface preparation cleaner but this is only as a final clean. We understand that in winter months vehicles may get dirty on its way to us.

After my vehicle is sign written, how long do I have to wait until I can clean it?

In warmer months, 2- 3 days is usually enough time to allow correct adhesion of the vinyls. In the colder winter months we do advise that this period is extended to 1-2 weeks.

Can anyone clean my vehicle once it is sign written?

Most car washes are experienced with cleaning vehicles with sign writing applied. The graphics applied are high quality, exterior grade vinyls so washing your van or car will not affect them. If you wash your own vehicle please ensure you do not get too close with a jet wash.
